ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead façade projects for the world’s foremost luxury retailers — from contract award through design coordination, production and worldwide installation to handover. Working closely with our in-house engineering, drafting and production teams, you own the programme, the budget and the client relationship, ensuring every project is delivered to Redwood’s uncompromising standard of quality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage façade projects end-to-end: programme, budget, quality and client coordination
- Coordinate design engineering, drafting and production teams across our facilities
- Oversee on-site installation with local partners and supervision teams worldwide
- Chair client and consultant meetings; report progress, risks and change orders
- Drive handover, defects resolution and after-sales maintenance follow-through
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building or equivalent
- 5+ years managing façade or high-end interior fit-out projects
- Strong command of programme, budget and contract management
- Willingness to travel for overseas installation and site supervision
