WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare estimates, tenders and cost plans
- Manage valuations, variations and subcontract accounts
- Monitor budgets and commercial risk
- Support contract and final-account closeout
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Relevant construction or fit-out experience
- Strong numerical and contractual judgement
- Careful, transparent working style
